So, I ended up only having 2 1/2 weeks to make this dress. Including the pocket hoops, stays, and other such under-garments that go along with wearing a dress like this. And also jewelery. I don't want to tell you how much all of the fabric and trim cost, because saying it out loud (or typing it) will make it too real. I never made a historical dress like this, and I was surprised it wasn't as hard as you may think. My real challenge was finding a happy medium between what the dress looks like in real life compared to the coloring on-screen. I'm happy with it, so that's all that matters to me!
