June 02, 2008 - Danger Zone

So, in the car on the way to work today, the song Delilah by Plain White Ts came on the radio. And it reminded me of how excited I am to be heading back to Japan this summer and get to hang out with everyone at Comiket. You see, last year that song was being played everywhere you went in Japan. The mall, the train stations, the other mall, restaurants, and all the other malls (there are lots of malls). It wasn’t just Tokyo either. I wonder what song will be popular this time around.... Anyway after that Danger Zone came on and that just made me want to drive really fast.

As for updates, I added some more awesome shots from EGAD Photography to the modeling section.

My move is completed so now I am in the last stages of setting up my sewing stuff again so I can get started on new costumes. I have a lot of work ahead of me!

June 01, 2008 - I R SMRT!

Let me tell you just how smart I am. I think I will be in the running for this month’s genius award. So I have my last load of stuff in my car from moving. And I think, there’s nothing heat-sensitive in the car, it’ll be fine if I just unload the car later today. Now remember, I live in Las Vegas. It’s rather warm here. Well, I go out to the car later in the day and realize I left a whole sheet of WonderFlex in the back of the car. And it was sitting on top of my Courtess dress (see costumes). So not only has the entire sheet (which was rolled up) melted to itself, but it left sticky plastic marks on my dress. I really am a true genius.

May 31, 2008 - A few things

First, in the spirit of spring cleaning (aren’t I a little late?) I have 2 of my cosplay wigs up for sale. Penelo and Rei wigs! Plust there’s a bunch of cute stuffed animals ending in the next 7 hours. Please check it out.

Also, I found a picture from my Shadowrun shoot that I guess I forgot about. I think it’s actually a cool shot. So go check that gallery for a new picture.

May 23, 2008 - Work, work, work.

Working on lots of stuff. Normal work for cosplay.com and cosworx of course, working on packing up my stuff to move to Rob’s, and working on costumes and getting fabric. And this weekend I’ll be working some photoshoots. Wasn’t this supposed to be a holiday weekend? ^_^


The only thing else worthy of noting is that I got my second holes re-pierced in my ears. I developed a bizarre metal allergy and I had to let them close. Is it weird that I think piercing is more painful than tattooing? Maybe I just don’t like the idea of being stabbed through the flesh. 


I’ll hopefully have some more interesting updates soon. It’s looking like this is going to be a crazy summer!

May 05, 2008 - Bikini Hiking

Yes, Bikini Hiking is a new sport I just invented. Most people take bikini pictures when they lose weight, not gain it. But here I am celebrating my awesome weight gain (back to 98lbs woohoo!) with skimpy pictures. Rob was a darling and took me up to Valley of Fire, which is so fantastic for photos. Today my allergies are trying to kill me. I don’t know how much longer I can fight them without the aid of drugs.
